Position Summary:
At Your Marketing Co, we don’t do cookie-cutter. We partner exclusively with credit unions that want to grow, adapt, and make real impact—not just through clever branding, but through smart digital strategy. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Digital Ads Specialist who knows how to take the wheel and drive. This isn’t a role for someone who needs their hand held—we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of paid ad campaigns from start to finish, constantly optimize performance, and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table. You’ll be our in-house expert and client-facing partner when it comes to paid media success.
What You'll Be Responsible For:

Developing and executing paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and more

Managing monthly budgets with discipline and precision—no surprises, no overspend

Writing, proofing, and launching ads that educate, entertain, and convert

Monitoring campaign performance daily and optimizing based on KPIs that actually matter to our clients

Running retargeting and remarketing strategies that keep credit unions top-of-mind for the right people

Staying ahead of industry trends and proactively bringing new ideas to the team

Reporting clearly and regularly to clients with performance summaries and actionable insights

Collaborating with account managers and the creative team to make sure strategy, copy, and design are aligned and working together
What You Bring to the Table:

A proven track record of managing paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results

Solid knowledge of keyword strategy, audience targeting, and conversion optimization

Confidence in owning the full ad lifecycle—from strategy to creative to reporting

A sharp eye for detail when reviewing ad copy, creative, and landing page accuracy

An eagerness to keep learning and improving—because “good enough” isn’t how we operate

Familiarity with the credit union space is a huge plus

Currently, no. We are a boutique marketing firm with a niche in mission-focused credit unions seeking to improve their communities. While there are plenty of community banks and institutions doing great work, our focus is on the over 4,500 credit unions that exist.
