Job Description: Operations & Capacity Lead

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

The Short Version

We need someone who can see next week’s problems… this week. This role is about capacity, not chaos. Planning, not reacting. You are the person making sure work is routed, prioritized, and timed in a way that actually works for the humans doing it.

If you’ve ever looked at a full project queue and thought this is going to break in three days unless we adjust now… this is your role.

What You’re Really Here To Do

Make sure the team always knows:

  • What’s coming
  • What’s realistic
  • What needs to shift before it becomes a problem

You are the bridge between what we want to do and what we can actually deliver well.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

(aka: don’t let the future sneak up on us)

  • Maintain a clear, real-time view of team capacity across all disciplines
  • Look ahead 1–4 weeks and identify pressure points before they hit
  • Flag risks early and recommend specific adjustments
  • Help leadership make proactive decisions on scope, timing, and resourcing
  • Ensure new work is evaluated against actual availability, not best-case assumptions

When you’re winning:
We’re adjusting before things break. Not explaining why they broke.

Project Trafficking & Resource Routing

(aka: the right work to the right people at the right time)

  • Own how work flows through the team from intake to delivery
  • Assign and route work based on skill, availability, and priority
  • Balance workloads across Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Ops
  • Prevent bottlenecks by redistributing work before they form
  • Ensure handoffs are clear, timely, and intentional

When you’re winning:
No one is overloaded while someone else is waiting. Work lands where it should, when it should.

Proactive Project Planning

(aka: fewer surprises, fewer fire drills)

  • Build realistic timelines that reflect actual capacity
  • Anticipate dependencies and plan around them early
  • Identify where projects will collide and create pressure
  • Adjust timelines or sequencing before deadlines are at risk
  • Keep teams aligned on what’s next, not just what’s now

When you’re winning:
Deadlines aren’t stressful. They’re expected.

Flow, Rhythm & Operational Discipline

(aka: work moves because it’s set up to move)

  • Keep projects moving by removing blockers early
  • Create a steady, predictable rhythm across teams
  • Reduce last-minute work and reactive scrambling
  • Bring visibility to trade-offs so they’re decided, not absorbed
  • Support leaders in protecting both quality and pace

When you’re winning:
Work feels controlled, not chaotic. Busy, but not overwhelming.

Systems That Support Reality

(aka: tools that actually help)

  • Own and improve systems for project tracking, capacity, and resourcing
  • Ensure tools reflect real workloads, not outdated plans
  • Simplify processes that slow down visibility or decision-making
  • Make it easy to see what’s happening without digging

When you’re winning:
The system tells the truth. And people trust it.

You Might Be a Fit If…

  • You’ve worked in traffic, project management, or operations in a fast-paced environment
  • You naturally think ahead, not just react
  • You’re comfortable pushing back when capacity and expectations don’t align
  • You can juggle multiple moving pieces without losing clarity
  • You see patterns in workload, not just individual tasks
  • You’re organized, but flexible enough to adapt quickly

This Role Is Not For You If…

  • You prefer reacting to problems instead of preventing them
  • You avoid conversations about trade-offs or capacity limits
  • You like keeping things “loosely organized” instead of clearly structured
  • You focus more on tracking tasks than shaping how work flows

Why This Role Exists

Because great teams don’t burn out from too much work.
They burn out from poorly planned work.

When this role works:

  • The team can see what’s coming
  • Work is distributed realistically
  • Projects move without constant friction
  • And we deliver strong work without running people into the ground

Final Thought

We’re not looking for someone to manage projects after they start.

We’re looking for someone who shapes how they start, flow, and finish… before problems ever show up.

If that sounds like your kind of role, apply.

Job Description: Content Strategist

Type: Full-Time

Content Strategist (Messaging & Direction) – Remote

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

The Short Version

We don’t need more content.

We need better content. Clearer content. Content that actually does something.

This role exists to make sure what we say is sharp, consistent, and worth paying attention to. You’re not here to fill calendars. You’re here to shape the message, guide the work, and make sure it all connects back to something real.

If you’ve ever read a piece of content and thought this says nothing but uses a lot of words to do it… you’ll fit right in.

What You’re Really Here To Do

Make sure what we say is clear, consistent, and actually drives action.
Not just noise. Not just presence. Not just “posting to post.”

Where You’ll Make an Impact

Messaging & Story

(aka: stop sounding like everyone else)

  • Build and maintain messaging frameworks that actually guide decisions
  • Shape a clear, distinct voice for every client
  • Cut through jargon, fluff, and “safe” language
  • Ensure messaging shows up consistently across channels without feeling copy-paste
  • Protect the integrity of the story as work moves across teams

When you’re winning:
No one is guessing what the message is. And none of it sounds interchangeable.

Content Direction & Planning

(aka: just because we can post it doesn’t mean we should)

  • Define the role each channel actually plays
  • Build content plans that are focused, realistic, and usable
  • Prioritize what matters and cut what doesn’t
  • Push back when things don’t align or when capacity isn’t there
  • Keep content tied to strategy, not just activity

When you’re winning:
Content feels intentional. Not rushed. Not reactive. Not everywhere for no reason.

Performance & Collaboration

(aka: learn, adjust, repeat)

  • Review performance and spot patterns that matter
  • Turn results into clear decisions: do more, do less, stop entirely
  • Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Digital, and AI to keep everything aligned
  • Ensure work is clear before it moves to execution
  • Keep meetings focused on direction, not discussion loops

When you’re winning:
Content gets better over time because we’re actually learning from it.

You Might Be a Fit If…

  • You’ve worked in content strategy, brand messaging, or editorial direction
  • You know how to turn messy ideas into clear, usable direction
  • You’re comfortable saying “this isn’t working” and explaining why
  • You can balance creativity with structure
  • You care about clarity more than cleverness
  • You notice patterns in performance, not just outputs
  • You can collaborate across teams without losing the thread

This Role Is Not For You If…

  • You think more content = better content
  • You avoid pushing back on unclear or weak direction
  • You rely on trends instead of strategy
  • You prefer being told exactly what to create instead of shaping the why

Why This Role Exists

Because most content doesn’t fail from lack of effort.
It fails from lack of clarity.

When this role works:

  • Messaging actually means something
  • Content connects instead of blends in
  • Teams move faster because direction is clear
  • And results improve because we’re not guessing

Final Thought

We’re not looking for someone to “manage content.”

We’re looking for someone who makes sure it actually matters.

If that sounds like your kind of problem to solve, apply.

AI & Automation Specialist (Applied AI, Workflows & Marketing Automation)

AI & Automation Specialist (Applied AI, Workflows & Marketing Automation)

Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Department: Marketing / Growth Operations

The Role

Most marketing teams are doing more work than ever — and getting inconsistent results.

More campaigns. More tools. More noise.

This role exists to help fix that.

We're hiring an AI & Automation Specialist to help us build and run AI-powered workflows, automations, and tools that make our marketing work faster, better, and more consistent. You'll work closely with senior team members to ship real systems that get used — by our team and by our credit union clients.

This is an entry-level / early-career role. We don't expect you to have built it all before. We expect you to be curious, hands-on, and excited to learn how to apply AI in real-world marketing work.

What You're Really Here To Do

Help turn AI and automation into systems that scale.

That means:

  • Supporting the build of AI workflows that improve how our team works
  • Helping prototype and ship generative AI tools and automations
  • Taking repeatable, manual tasks and turning them into structured processes
  • Contributing to internal tools and client-facing AI features

Some of what you help build will stay internal. Some will become part of what we deliver externally. Either way, the goal is to ship things that get used.

Where You'll Make an Impact

1. AI Workflow & Automation Support

Focus: AI should simplify work — not complicate it.

You will:

  • Help identify where AI, LLMs, and automation could improve workflows
  • Build and maintain AI workflows using tools like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, n8n, Zapier, and Make
  • Write, test, and refine prompts to get reliable, repeatable outputs
  • Take manual, repeatable work and help turn it into automated processes
  • Document workflows, prompts, and processes so the team can reuse them

What success looks like:

  • Workflows you help build are running reliably
  • The team uses what you build without friction
  • Manual tasks get replaced with repeatable systems

2. Internal Tools & Marketing Automation

Focus: Make the team's day-to-day easier.

You will:

  • Help build small internal tools using AI APIs and no-code/low-code platforms
  • Connect AI workflows to existing systems (CRM, MarTech tools, content workflows)
  • Support reporting and operations workflows with AI assistance
  • Take feedback from the team and improve what you've built

What success looks like:

  • Tools and automations are reliably running real work
  • Team members come to you with ideas because they trust what you ship
  • The work is documented well enough for others to maintain

3. Client-Facing AI Tools (Supporting Role)

Focus: Help turn internal wins into client value.

You will:

  • Support senior team members in building AI tools and features for clients
  • Prototype small AI-powered features under guidance
  • Help test, document, and improve client-facing AI tools
  • Gather feedback and bring it back to the team

What success looks like:

  • Client-facing tools you contribute to are actually used
  • You're a reliable contributor to product builds, not a bottleneck
  • You learn quickly from each project

4. Team Enablement & Documentation

Focus: What you build should make everyone better.

You will:

  • Document workflows, prompts, and tools clearly
  • Help train team members on AI tools and automations
  • Make complex things feel simple
  • Be a go-to resource for "how do I use this?" questions

What success looks like:

  • Team members can use what you build without hand-holding
  • Documentation is current and useful
  • AI adoption across the team is growing

5. Testing & Continuous Improvement

Focus: We learn what works — and stop what doesn't.

You will:

  • Run small, structured tests on AI workflows
  • Track output quality, reliability, and adoption
  • Surface what's working and what isn't
  • Help improve systems over time

What success looks like:

  • Tests have clear goals and outcomes
  • Issues get caught early
  • Systems get better over time

6. Responsible AI Practices

Focus: We use AI in a way that builds trust — not risk.

You will:

  • Follow our AI usage standards and guidelines
  • Handle client data carefully and appropriately
  • Flag risks, weird outputs, or anything that feels off
  • Stay curious about responsible AI practices, especially for financial services clients

What success looks like:

  • You follow the guardrails consistently
  • You raise concerns early
  • Senior team trusts your judgment

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a senior or lead role — you'll have support and mentorship
  • Not a research role (we're applied, not theoretical)
  • Not a content or copywriting role
  • Not pure project management

This is a hands-on applied AI role for someone early in their career who wants to build real things.

What You Should Already Be Comfortable With

We're not looking for a long resume. We're looking for evidence you can do the work.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) — not just chatting with them, but using them to actually do work
  • Some experience with prompt engineering — you've written prompts that got real, repeatable results
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot workflows
  • Comfort connecting tools through APIs or no-code integrations
  • A track record of taking a manual process and making it more efficient — even small examples count
  • Strong communication and willingness to ask questions

This experience can come from internships, a previous job, freelance work, school projects, or personal projects. We care more about what you've built than where you built it.

Bonus (Helpful, Not Required)

  • Light coding experience (Python, JavaScript, SQL) — even tutorial-level
  • Familiarity with AI agents or agentic workflows (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
  • Exposure to RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or vector databases
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools
  • Marketing or agency experience
  • A portfolio of automations, prompts, scripts, or AI projects (even small ones)

How We'll Measure Success

  • Workflows and tools you build are adopted and used
  • You become a reliable contributor the team trusts to ship
  • Manual work gets replaced by AI-powered systems
  • You grow quickly and take on more ownership over time

Why This Role Matters

Most companies add more:

  • Tools
  • Campaigns
  • Complexity

We're trying to do the opposite.

Simplify. Systemize. Make AI useful.

This role is how we build that — and it's a chance for someone early in their career to grow into a real applied AI role inside a team that's actually shipping.

Final Thought

If your experience with AI is just chatting with ChatGPT, this won't quite be a fit.

If you've ever looked at a manual process and thought: "There's a better way to do this"…

…and then actually tried to build it — with a prompt, a Zap, a script, or a small tool —

That's what we're looking for.

You don't need to have done it perfectly. You just need to have done it.

Graphic Designer

At Your Marketing Co., we believe if you care the best, you get the best. Caring for clients. Caring for coworkers. Caring for our business. And when we do this well, the results are engaging, empowering and transformative. The ideal candidate would have these qualities:
