Digital Advertising Credentials
We kindly ask that you invite us to your digital advertising accounts and platforms (Google Ads, etc.) using the email address email@example.com. Once we have the necessary access, we can begin setting up and managing your campaigns.
To give YMC access to your Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console account, you will need to follow these steps:
- Sign in to your:
Google Ads account at ads.google.com
Google Analytics account at analytics.google.com
Google Search Console account at search.google.com
Google Tag Manager account at tagmanager.google.com
- For Google Ads: Click the “Tools & settings” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page, and select “Access and Security” from the dropdown menu.
For Google Analytics: Click “Admin”, click “Access Management”, and in the Account/Properties permissions list, click the blue + button
For Google Search Console: Click on “Settings”, click on “Users and permissions”
For Google Tag Manager: Click “Admin”, in the Account column, select “User Management”, and click the blue + button
- Click on the “Invite other users” button.
- In the “Email” field, enter firstname.lastname@example.org to give us access to the account.
- Select the “Admin” level of access from the dropdown menu.
- Click “Send invitation.”
YMC will receive an email invitation to access your Google account. We will need to accept the invitation and sign in to our own Google account to access your account. Once we have accepted the invitation, we will be able to manage your campaigns on your behalf.
Google My Business Access
- Go to google.com/business.
- Select Sign In.
- Login to your my business account and go to settings.
- Select Managers.
- Click Add in the top left and add the email address: email@example.com.
Bing Business Account Access
- Go to the BingPlaces.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Select the business you want to manage.
- Click on the “Users” tab.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org and select manager.
