Our Video Production Manager will assist our clients in financial education, growing members, increasing loan volume, and general brand awareness by creating high quality, educational, engaging content for use in various digital and social platforms. Beginning with an idea, the Video Production Manager will manage and oversee video pre-production planning, post-production editing, and on-site production activities (where necessary) for video clients. Above all, you are a storyteller. It is up to you to ensure that all post-editing video is clean and proofread all content in each video. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as, time management.
This is a collaborative position, as the Video Production Manager will work closely with the Digital Team, Relationship Development Leaders, and even the client to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered. A willingness to think outside the box is encouraged as the Video Production Manager excels in video editing and tries new things to take videos to the next level. It will be your duty to maintain editing and video equipment including storing the equipment, being responsible for a checkout system, and ensuring the equipment is taken care of properly. You will also need to stay up-to-date on all changing and emerging video trends, updates in software, updates in video and sound recording equipment, and new video editing platforms.
- 2–3 years of experience. Agency or multi-client experience is a bonus.
- Be willing to travel.
- Have experience with Apple products and iOS platform.
- Possess editing techniques including:
- How to add subtitles
- Image overlay
- Creation of audio files
- Green screen techniques
- Motion graphics
- Must have experience with editing software:
- Adobe Premiere (a plus)
- Experience with YouTube, Vimeo, DropBox, and other video hosting platforms.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
