- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Content Creation: - Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Schedule and get approval for content via Loomly for 30+ clients with little to no errors.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals.
- Write compelling and on-brand captions and posts.
Community Management: - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
- Foster a positive and engaging community by interacting with followers and influencers.
Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and insights.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach.
Continuous Improvement: - Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research.
- Test new content formats, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Other responsibilities: - Updating digital screens, on-hold messages, online banking and more as needed for credit union clients.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- 2+ years of marketing agency experience or equivalent required
