Key Areas of Responsibility Include: Providing creative concepts that are out of the box and working within brand guidelines for the target audience, working closely with the development team to understand each client’s brand and target audience as well the value proposition of each product/service,
working closely with the design team to ensure that the target audience and value proposition of each piece are the key points of development and that each piece is accurate and error-free as well as developing, leading and assessing the design team to ensure continued growth.
Additionally, skills/requirements include: 3-5 years of leadership experience, 1-3 years of design experience, thrives in an open, collaborative team environment and is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

YMC is currently seeking an Onsite Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This digital-savvy team member will be responsible for coordinating and attending events, PR, social media, staff training, and content creation, among other things on behalf of one of our clients, at their location in Columbia, SC.
